Before I embarked on my spin journey over a year ago, I had no idea just how transformative the experience could be—both mentally and physically! Spin classes have been an exhilarating way for me to elevate my fitness and well-being. The high-energy workouts involve indoor cycling led by an instructor. The workout is designed to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Participants ride stationary bikes, following the instructor through various intervals that simulate outdoor cycling, like hill climbs, sprints, and resistance-based challenges.Some teachers also include upper body with different movements on the bike. The classes are usually set to energising music, creating a motivating and fun environment where cyclists are encouraged to push their limits.
